If you’re seeking to enhance personal growth in the various dimensions of your life, let's work collaboratively. Together we will build strategies to improve emotional identification & regulation, soothing & reducing anxiety, mood stabilization, value-aligned decision making, cultivating a clearer view of self and repair & improve relationships. My approach is compassion centered using evidence based approaches including trauma focused CBT, DBT, CPT, ERP, mindfulness-based and somatic therapies and others.

Specialty areas of treatment include working with symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, maladapative perfectionism, burnout, OCD, and disordered eating. Additionally issues surrounding identity development, intra- and interpersonal relationship difficulties and concerns faced by current and former athletes and student-athletes.

A passion of my practice is offering sports-related therapy with student-athletes in eastern Iowa. Click here to read more about sport-related therapy services.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in the state of Iowa; a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of South Dakota; and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota.
